Pricing, honestly
Most fixture repairs are flat-rate and quoted before we start. If you're supplying your own new fixture, we'll quote install-only labor on the phone.
How we handle it
A rocking toilet usually means a failed wax ring or flange — not a tightening job. We fix what's actually broken.
Manufacturer-spec fill valves, flappers, and cartridges. Cheap universal parts are why the last fix didn't hold.
While we're there, we'll look over your shut-off valves and supply lines free — those are what flood homes when they fail.
