Service

Small repairs, done properly, at small-repair prices.

A running toilet wastes 200 gallons a day. A dripping faucet is a few hundred dollars a year down the drain. These are quick fixes for us — and unlike a handyman, we install the manufacturer-correct part, not whatever's in the truck.

Call us when

  • A toilet that runs, ghost-flushes, or rocks on its base
  • Faucets that drip, whistle, or have lost pressure
  • A toilet that clogs constantly
  • Shut-off valves that won't turn or are seized
  • Old fixtures you want swapped for new ones

Pricing, honestly

Most fixture repairs are flat-rate and quoted before we start. If you're supplying your own new fixture, we'll quote install-only labor on the phone.

How we handle it

01

Fix the cause

A rocking toilet usually means a failed wax ring or flange — not a tightening job. We fix what's actually broken.

02

Correct parts

Manufacturer-spec fill valves, flappers, and cartridges. Cheap universal parts are why the last fix didn't hold.

03

Check the rest

While we're there, we'll look over your shut-off valves and supply lines free — those are what flood homes when they fail.
