Service

We find the leak. Not the five holes it takes to guess at it.

A hidden leak announces itself as a water bill that doubled, a warm spot on the floor, or a stain that keeps growing. The wrong approach is opening walls until you find it. We locate first — moisture meters, thermal imaging, pressure testing — and open only where the leak actually is.

Call us when

  • A water bill that jumped with no explanation
  • Damp spots, stains, or bubbling paint on walls or ceilings
  • The sound of running water when everything is off
  • A warm spot on a concrete floor (slab leak)
  • Musty smell in a room, crawl space, or basement

Pricing, honestly

Leak detection is a flat quoted fee. If we don't locate the leak, you don't pay for the detection. The repair itself is quoted separately before we start — you can even use another plumber for the fix if you want. Nobody does, but you could.

How we handle it

01

Pressure-test the system

First we confirm there is a leak and isolate which line — hot, cold, or drain. This narrows the search before any equipment comes out.

02

Locate without destruction

Thermal imaging, acoustic listening, and moisture mapping pinpoint the leak — usually to within a foot.

03

One opening, one repair

We open the wall or floor at the leak, fix it properly, and you get photos of the repair before we close it up.

Common questions

My water bill doubled. Is that definitely a leak?

Usually, but not always — a running toilet flapper is the most common culprit and costs almost nothing to fix. We check the cheap causes first.

What's a slab leak and how bad is it?

A leak in the pipes running under your concrete foundation. Caught early it's a contained repair. Ignored, it undermines the slab. A warm floor spot or unexplained usage means call now, not next month.
