Queens Plumbing & Drain Cleaning runs out of Elmhurst, on Queens Boulevard. When you call, the phone rings here — not at a national dispatch center that sells your job to whoever bid for the lead.

We've been working the same neighborhoods since 2015: Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Woodside, Flushing, Corona. The houses here are old, the pipes are older, and we know both — pre-war cast iron, 1950s galvanized, every kind of co-op plumbing committee.

Our business model is boring on purpose: answer every call, show up when we said, quote before we start, fix it properly, and let the Google reviews do the advertising. Nine years in, that's still the whole strategy.
