Quotes and pricing

Every job is quoted before work begins. The quote you approve — verbally or in writing — is the price you pay. If additional issues are discovered mid-job, work stops and you approve any change before it happens.

Guarantees

Response-time and workmanship guarantees described on this site are honored as written. Workmanship warranty covers our labor and the parts we supplied; it does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions we documented, or damage from other contractors' subsequent work.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, after you've confirmed the work. We accept cash, major credit cards, and Zelle. Estimates are free unless a diagnostic fee was quoted to you on the phone first.

Access and safety

We need safe, legal access to the work area. We'll treat your home with respect — shoe covers, drop cloths, cleanup — and we ask the same basic courtesy for our technicians.

Liability

We carry full general liability insurance. Claims are handled through our carrier; certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.
